This Code of Ethics and Good Commercial Practices for Ambassadors aims to establish the principles, values and guidelines that should govern the conduct of all Independent Business Owners (IBO) and clients who are part of the Future World Products ecosystem. This document not only reflects the company's commitment to legality and integrity, but also seeks to promote a commercial environment based on transparency, mutual respect and ethical responsibility. We believe that sustainable success is only possible when our ambassadors, clients and our community in general act with honesty, professionalism and commitment. Therefore, this Code constitutes a mandatory guide for behavior, aimed at ensuring ethical relationships between IBOs, the company, clients and the community in general. Its compliance is essential to preserve the brand's reputation, strengthen trust in our commercial relationships and ensure the harmonious development of the business model. Ignorance of this Code does not exempt any IBO from responsibility regarding its content.
Ethics: Ethics is understood as the set of customs and norms that regulate and value correct, honest and upright human behavior within a community. Future World Products: For the purposes of this Code of Ethics and Good Practices, Future World Products shall be understood as the company of the same name and all related corporate names or legal entities, subsidiary entities or branches in each country where the company operates. In this sense, the Independent Business Owner (IBO) — natural or legal person — accesses the program voluntarily, assuming the role of brand ambassador. Each IBO decides, freely and informedly, whether they wish to promote Future World Products products to a specific audience. The promotion carried out by the IBO aims to enable new people to become Future World Products clients. If any of those new Future World Products clients, by their own decision, wish to become an IBO, they will have access to all the bonuses, incentives and commercial promotions offered by the Future World Products affiliate program. Future World Products recognizes and respects the autonomy of each IBO in the exercise of their activity, within the framework of this Code of Ethics and Good Commercial Practices.
At Future World Products we firmly believe that personal and business growth is only possible when built on a solid foundation of ethics, responsibility and good practices. Therefore, the following principles constitute the essential framework that guides the conduct of all our IBOs: Honesty and integrity are fundamental values for Future World Products. In this sense, every IBO is obliged to respect and fully comply with this Code, the IBO contract, the Compensation Plan, the terms and conditions of our services and other applicable regulations. It is the exclusive responsibility of each IBO to read, understand and periodically review all official documentation issued by Future World Products. Ignorance of its content does not exempt the IBO from the responsibilities derived from non-compliance. Future World Products reserves the exclusive right to modify, update, supplement or replace any of the Documents at any time, without prior notice, and it is the IBO's obligation to stay informed through official channels.
Every IBO must develop their activities with integrity, professionalism and respect for the ethical principles established by Future World Products. The following conduct obligations that must be observed at all times during the term of the contract are detailed below:

All offers, explanations or promotional materials must: Be consistent with the reality of the product or service. Clearly indicate the applicable terms and conditions. Respect the dignity and rights of the consumer in compliance with local consumer protection regulations.
The IBO may not assign, transfer, exchange or manipulate sponsorship or ownership of a client, under any modality, whether formal or informal. Each client must be affiliated and registered under the sponsor who effectively managed their entry, respecting the traceability and legitimacy of their incorporation into Future World Products. These practices not only constitute a serious violation of the Code of Ethics, but may result in civil, administrative or criminal legal responsibilities for the involved IBO.
The Independent Business Owner (IBO) affiliation code is personal, exclusive and non-transferable. Consequently, the assignment, sale, donation or transfer of the code to third parties is not permitted under any title or modality. However, on an exceptional basis and at the exclusive discretion of Future World Products, the company may authorize the transfer of an IBO code, provided that a formal, duly substantiated request is submitted. Future World Products will not be obliged to justify its decision or to issue any pronouncement if it chooses to deny the request. To initiate this procedure, the interested party must: Direct their formal request to the email: [email protected] Complete the form established for this purpose, available in the IBO's virtual office. Please note that Future World Products reserves the right to modify said form at any time, without prior notice or need for consent from the IBO. In case of death of the holder IBO, only their legally recognized heirs may request the code transfer, who must prove this condition through:
Future World Products will be empowered to require all additional documents it deems necessary to verify the legitimacy of the rights invoked, without this implying assuming any responsibility for the legality or authenticity thereof. The documents presented by applicants will be considered sworn statements, and those who sign them will assume total and exclusive civil, criminal and legal responsibility for any falsehood, omission or inaccuracy contained therein. In all cases, Future World Products will be exempt from responsibility against any claim arising from such documentation.
To preserve the integrity of the Future World Products business model, as well as transparency in the conduct of its Independent Business Owners (IBO), the following provisions are established:
IBOs have full freedom to consume products or services offered by any other company, including those operating under network marketing or multilevel business schemes. However, they may not develop commercial, promotional or affiliation activities in companies that constitute direct competition to Future World Products, either during the term of their IBO contract or under the conditions established in this Code. This restriction applies regardless of the contractual modality, trade name, type of product or location of the competing company.
During the term of the IBO contract and for an additional period of twelve (12) months from its termination, the IBO may not: Recruit, induce, influence or encourage other active IBOs, former IBOs or preferred clients of Future World Products to participate in another network marketing, multilevel or direct sales business that is in direct competition with Future World Products. This restriction will have international scope, and will be applicable in all countries where Future World Products has open operations, regardless of whether the recruitment activity is carried out in person, by phone, digitally or through social networks.
For the purposes of this Code, "recruit" shall be understood as any action or omission that implies:
Future World Products promotes a business model based on merit, transparency and the correct formation of affiliate networks. In this regard, the creation of artificial or fraudulent structures for the purpose of obtaining undue benefits is strictly prohibited.
The generation of fictitious structures of IBOs is considered a serious infraction to this Code, that is, the simulated, coordinated or fraudulent registration of people for the sole purpose of: Obtaining specific prizes from the Compensation Plan. Generating bonuses or economic benefits without real or legitimate activity. Altering the normal and competitive development of the business.
Future World Products, through its Operations Management and/or Compliance Committee, is fully empowered to investigate any indication of fictitious structures, as well as to adopt the corresponding corrective measures. In case of having sufficient elements of conviction or if the existence of such practices is proven, one or more of the following sanctions may be applied:
Operations Management and/or Compliance Committee may verify the authenticity of data provided by any IBO. If falsehood, relevant omission or manipulation is detected: The IBO may be sanctioned with the loss of benefits or prizes. They may order the definitive deletion of the corresponding code, without prejudice to the civil, administrative or criminal responsibilities that may arise according to law.
During the verification or investigation process, Future World Products may order, preliminarily: The temporary suspension of one or more codes involved. The retention of ongoing payments or commissions, as a precautionary measure. Any other preventive action deemed reasonable to ensure the effectiveness of the process.
Encouraging the migration of IBOs from one network to another, whether within Future World Products or to external companies, whether or not they are direct competition, is also considered a serious ethical fault. This prohibition includes, among others:
In the event that an IBO intends to migrate from one network to another, they must wait at least one (1) calendar year from the date of the last purchase made, regardless of the type of purchase. PROHIBITION OF UNFAIR COMPETITION AND RESPECT FOR OFFICIAL PRICES To safeguard commercial equity, loyalty among IBOs and the sustainability of the Future World Products business model, any IBO is strictly prohibited from marketing, promoting, selling or in any way offering FWP products to the public at a price different from the OFFICIAL PRICE established in the current price list. The OFFICIAL PRICE is set and/or modified exclusively, unilaterally and at the discretion of Future World Products, without requiring approval, consultation or coordination with any IBO ambassador. This exclusive power aims to preserve free competition and avoid any concerted or collusive practice among our sales force, in accordance with applicable Free Competition regulations. Failure to observe the OFFICIAL PRICE will constitute a contractual infraction and an act of unfair competition that distorts our commercial network, generating direct harm to other ambassadors who act in accordance with the established rules and seriously damaging the company's image. This conduct will be severely sanctioned with the fines and penalties of this regulation. Likewise, the IBO must refrain from engaging in any act that may be interpreted as unfair competition, including unauthorized promotions or offers or any strategy that violates the principles of transparency and mutual respect that govern the Future World Products commercial ecosystem. Only the delivery of gifts or promotional items related to the product (such as tumblers, shakers, caps, merch or other related items) is authorized, provided they do not exceed seven percent (7%) of the unit value of the product sold. Any benefit that exceeds this limit or misrepresents the sale will be considered a disguised discount and, therefore, a violation of this Code. Likewise, direct or intermediated sales to other wholesale distributors or reseller ambassadors are prohibited, as this constitutes a second distribution line external to the official FWP network and violates the commercial traceability of the model. All IBOs must limit their operations exclusively to end consumers or to the registration of new IBOs if applicable. Non-compliance with any of the provisions contained in this article will be considered a serious fault and will give rise to the immediate application of the sanctions provided for in this Code, without prejudice to the legal or contractual actions that correspond.
If Future World Products, through Operations Management and/or Compliance Committee, verifies that an IBO has incurred any of the faults described in this Code of Ethics, including encouraging the migration of IBOs and clients from other organizations to their own network or other Future World Products networks; or encouraging the migration of IBOs and clients to competing companies, among other non-compliances, Future World Products will be empowered to proceed as follows:
In order to guarantee the integrity of the system, transparency in conflict resolution and strict compliance with the Code of Ethics and Good Commercial Practices, Future World Products has established a formal procedure for handling, investigating and resolving complaints about possible infractions committed by Independent Business Owners (IBO).
The sanctioning procedure can be initiated:
When the complaint comes from a client, it must be formally submitted in writing through an email addressed to [email protected], who will be responsible for the reception and initial verification of the case.
Upon receiving a complaint, the Support team will proceed to immediately review whether the request meets the minimum admissibility requirements, which are essential for its processing: Mandatory requirements:
In case of omission of one or more requirements, the complainant will be notified and given a non-extendable period of 48 business hours to complete the missing information. If said period elapses without the required information being regularized, the complaint will be archived without processing, leaving the complainant's right to submit it again in the future, complying with all required requirements.
Once admissibility is verified, the Support team will forward the complete file to the Compliance Committee, made up of the Operations and Legal Managements. Compliance, made up of the Operations and Legal Managements. The complainant will be expressly informed of the case referral and will be told that the estimated period for analysis and response will be up to 15 business days, counted from formal reception by Compliance.
The Compliance Committee will evaluate all submitted documentation and may:
During the process, the confidentiality of the complainant's identity and that of witnesses, if any, will be guaranteed in accordance with the principles of due process and data protection. In cases that warrant it, the Committee may call the reported IBO to a virtual or in-person interview, as well as their leader or sponsor, in order to receive their direct version of the facts.
Upon completion of the case analysis, the Compliance Committee will adopt a duly motivated decision, which may consist of:
The adopted decision will be formally communicated to the complainant and the reported IBO through:
Subsequently, the Compliance Committee will inform the Support team about the case closure, in order to keep the IBO's history updated in internal systems. The Compliance Committee's decision will be final within Future World Products' internal scope and will not be subject to appeal or reconsideration. The foregoing does not limit or prevent Future World Products from adopting, in parallel or subsequently, the legal actions that correspond before the competent authorities, in defense of its interests and the ethical values it upholds.
