Future World Products and all its affiliated companies operate in a coordinated manner for the distribution and commercialization of food and nutritional products under the FWP brand. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions of use of the platform, they will be referred to as 'FWP'.
FWP offers a multichannel direct sales platform for food and nutritional products, through which Customers can purchase products via authorized promoters, physical stores, or official digital channels.
As part of the shopping experience, the Customer may choose between two delivery modalities: (i) delivery service to the declared address, or (ii) in-store pickup at authorized FWP locations.
The Delivery Service may be executed by FWP staff or third-party contractors; FWP supervises and ensures proper execution.
FWP assumes responsibility for product commercialization and compliance with the chosen delivery modality. Prices, features, availability and sale conditions are defined by FWP and subject to change.
Additionally, FWP guarantees that all offered products have the necessary sanitary and commercial authorizations for distribution in the countries where it operates.
These Terms & Conditions regulate the scope of the service offered by FWP, including direct sales and subsequent delivery or pickup, depending on the modality chosen by the Customer.
Customers may pay using any of the payment methods enabled by FWP, such as bank transfer, Yape, Plin, online payment gateways, or other accepted methods.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer or the agreed pickup point, respecting schedules and conditions previously informed. FWP reserves the right to adjust delivery times or routes due to logistics, security or force majeure.
Customers may pay their order using the methods authorized by FWP: bank transfer, Yape, Plin, online gateway, or other available means.
If the chosen method is invalid or lacks sufficient funds, FWP may request an alternative valid payment method.
Customers acknowledge risks from technical failures, delays or system outages of banks or gateways.
Customers may cancel their order without penalty if they notify before the delivery or pickup process begins. Otherwise, they may be charged the full order value.
All return or refund requests will be evaluated according to the Refund Policy.
FWP is solely responsible for the commercialization and delivery of the products offered, and is responsible for quality, quantity, condition and integrity up to delivery.
However, FWP is not liable for damages arising from external causes such as force majeure, acts attributable to the customer or third parties outside its control.
Customers accept inherent risks related to deliveries and release FWP from liability when harm is not directly imputable to the company.
Personal data provided by Users for the Service will be stored and processed according to applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy accepted at Registration.
FWP commits to strict compliance and to maintaining maximum security and confidentiality standards.
These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between the parties will be governed by the law applicable in the country where the product is marketed.
